Later when Frank's sons Nicholas and Matthew came along they were introduced to the business from a young age getting involved in projects with Frank in school holidays and weekends. Both Nick and Matt went onto doing a City & Guilds in Carpentry & Joinery after their O-levels before learning many other skills passed down by Frank. Nick first started working in the trade for a window fitting company both fitting windows and doing all of the involved construction work that none of the other window fitters did such as bricklaying and fitting lintels. During this point Nick was also doing other building work of his own on weekends both with Frank, and alone.
